      Nice to see he is getting another chance. Thought he might have been seen as a bad apple. Behar, Ruby and Milanovic - Litre seem to be doing well there. Wishing Bob Dyce a playoff spot.

        Jones has favourites. Ffrench & Locksley were not two of those favourites. Sometimes extreme levels of frustration can be a challenge for an boss/employee relationship; I believe both of these guys will do well with their new teams.

          @WLUAthletics
          Coming full circle. Having recently announced his retirement from the CFL,
          @LaurierFootball's all-time sack leader Kwaku Boateng (BBA '18) will return to the Golden Hawks as a defensive line coach this season

            What I could never understand about the M. Ff blocking thing was that he was a starter at U of Pittsburgh. Pitt has had a rep for playing hard nosed football for decades. Rather run than pass.

            The fav. thing to me in some ways almost shows disrespecting the EEFC. Last year he signed some players that were past their prime and in no way could contribute in the future. A couple of D players come to mind. He brought back a ST player this year cut before training camp that is almost in his mid 30's. There has to be a DB or LB that can fit in that role on kick coverage. . Our PK is almost a comedy, especially on kickoffs. Our PK did make a couple of tackles on KO's that saved longer run backs. Maybe he should get a shot at LB.

            Last year CJ had a DB that didn't like contact playing so far back from the LOS that I half expected the CB to get a Skip the Dishes delivery. Maybe CJ is just football smarter than everyone else.

            All the time I've been on this site, I have never been as critical of coaches or mgt. as this year.

              Me neither but when you put up the record they have for the last 2 years, they deserve it.

                  Looking forward to the Lions at Bombers game tomorrow. Richie Hall vs Jordan Maksyic. Can the BB O line hold off the Lions pass rush ? Can either team establish a run game ?
                  Forecast is sunny and high of 29, low 15 for tomorrow. Should be a packed house.

                  Lots of other good match ups thru the weekend. With no emotional involvement in the games at least I won't have to worry about crushing my ginger ale can like in the EE / BC game.

                        There is always the Friday game for ya. Should be fun watching the Argos put a beat down on the Stamps.

                                I don't know who head scout but we should see if we can add him as an "advisor." To heck with stepping on people's toes or their egos here. The talent Toronto has brought in the last two seasons has been outstanding. Don't know if they have a proper practice field yet, they used to travel by bus to college fields awhile back. The only weakness is if they would lose their starting QB to injury. They released Markeith Ambles , a WR , who has had 72 receptions last year. He was injured in training camp.
