Just got an email. They’re closing the upper bowl next year. I’ve still got some credit on my account, but man I’m getting closer all the time to not renewing. I love my seats.

When I got my first season tickets back in 1981, they were tucked away in the corner of the upper west deck. Times have changed.Last edited by Hugoagogo; 10-11-2023, 11:22 AM.Hope, at the end of the day connects us all, no matter how different we are

I haven't had access to my emails yet, is it the ENTIRE upper bowl or outside the 40 ?
Seriously, they need to get away from CW... love the entire complex but the stadium is too big. There's lots of land in Strathcona County that could house a 30k facility
Don't kid yourself... name change. was a gigantic Nail in the coffin - if not the death blow.

K I just got the email... wow. The entire upper deck.. those who sat in the prime sections midfield are going to be PISSED... rightfully so.....
Congratz - you use to sit midfield.. now you'll be on the 30... enjoy......
that also means to me a lot of people upper and lower decks, midfield never renewed .... hopefully those in the upperdeck of say EFGH find seats in the lower version of their sections

I just officially asked for a refund on my account. The seats in my price point are now the bench seats behind the end zone. I let the lady in the office know I’m not sitting there. And she’s now finding out if the cash can be refunded. I told her that they have to quit doing things that drive people away. It feels like a death in the family right now.

Nope! Got a separate email telling me that my prices are going up substantially! Now I’ll be fair in saying that where my seats were offered me a pretty sweet deal, but my kids seats are going from $0 to $75ea and mine are going from $99 to $160. I’m going to be dropping the extra one that I bought this year for sure. And I’m guessing that price will get me a lovely view from the end zone instead of the 55 like I’ve been used to since ‘96.
