In preseason game 1 he had 4 targets and zero catches but he did have one kick return of 34 yards. In preseason game 2 he had 2 catches on 2 targets for 47 yards with 1 TD, 2 punt returns for 25 yards and 1 kickoff return for 33 yards

I guess another factor in all of this is current needs around the league. Is there any team that is struggling excessively with punting where the incumbent doesn't have history with the team that would encourage them to stick with the incumbent?

As I recall looking at stats going into the season Grace wasn't a major standout coming into the season being 8th in average yards kicking last year, so could his good start be a product of better team play, a hot streak, or him actually turning the corner. Those would be concerns amongst any that would be looking for change just for the sake of making it ultimately disrupting any current chemistry with their punting units.

My guess he goes back to stamps either way , I think they miss Grace, maybe even riders

Possibly. One of the Stamps guys looks to have struggled a bit, but the other looks to have done pretty well, so who knows.

One thing for sure our receiving core is thin. I'm not confident any of them can take over a game like Rankin can. I'd love to see more outta Jullian grant.
Game plan against us must be easy. Stop Rankin.

I would have liked to keep Jones as well. I was actually kinda surprised as he seemed like a Hervey type guy but who knows.
