Playing half the year on a busted knee will do that to you. Not sure if that was his idea or the team’s, but he always gave his all and he wanted to be here. He’ll bounce back in Winnipeg.

i sure hope that Smith and Carney live up to their contracts. I might have bet on Ceresna first.

My remaining predictions

Sask adds a canadian centre to clean up their ratio. Maybe return of sean mcewan, or ciraco or starczala.

Hamilton adds a canadian starting receiver. Gittens or brissett.

Montreal retains duquoy and speiker


Wynton mcmanis.... the top free agent. I can see him staying in toronto or hamilton stealing him. Calgary needs a new WIL.
but a darkhorse pick would be the riders. A lot of connection there: Mace, micah johnson, thurman, vaughters all from his calgary days. They need a new WIL. And will promise him grey cup money.

I think riders are fine at center , they have a couple of solid Canadian options , I live here even though I’m a huge Esks fan , and listen to sports radio here, I’d be shocked if the riders could afford McManus as they spent big money on all of their FA such as Emilus KSB,Johnson ,AJ Oulette just to name a few
