Thought I'd start a thread.
Anyone watching the opening game this afternoon? I'll admit, I'd probably check it out if I had cable. It will be interesting to see TV ratings. I suspect opening weekend will probably draw okay both today and tomorrow. I thought there might be someone in the Canadian market that might bite at TV rights, but I guess TSN is focused on Raptors playoffs and Sportsnet has a full schedule with Blue Jays and NHL.

Going through the eight team's rosters there appears to be a few CFL names out there. I'm not expecting too much, but hey it's football.

Managed to watch the first half on FOX thanks to my VPN. Game was okay. Slow. Crowd looked to be between 15-20k which is a disappointment for opening night. I don't think the networks are gonna get their money's worth on those TV contracts, but it's early in the season. Who knows.
