Leonard was set to make 210k this year; hearing that many felt he really lost a bit after his shoulder injury. Well, Jones isn't afraid to bring vets aboard - he's also not afraid to cut them if they can't play.Last edited by Hugoagogo; Today, 04:21 PM.

Haha, love it or hate it, I don't think the $ is going to go to a QB. I may be wrong - guess we find out next month....

I suspect unless we can get a vet QB at a bargain, our QB lineup will not change much. I think Jones will be looking more at a guy like Matthew Shiltz.

Dan Ralph reporting that Bo Mitchell will receive approx. $540k per year on his deal with Hamilton - more than he made last year with Calgary (based on reports last year from 3downnation.com) . Certainly doesn't leave a lot of room for a #2 QB....

Wishing him well. Looking at the Jags depth chart he will be going up against a couple similar sized QB's (EJ Perry & CJ Beathard) for that backup spot. Much can change between now and '23 TC, but I think he's found a legit team to make the ro...
