How does one create an animated gif avitar?

You need a program that can do animated .gif files.. I use Adobe ImageReady, which comes with the Photoshop install.. I'm sure there are versions flyin' around out there..

I use Paint Shop Pro and Animation Shop here. Basically you create the individual frames and/or edit them with your paint program, then load those pictures up and compile them using your animation program.Originally posted by 56ParkiesYou need a program that can do animated .gif files..
