It seems Katie Holmes will not be in the sequal to , IMO the best Batman movie, that being Batman begins. Its being reported she turned down a 2million dollar offer to reprise her role in the movie. And also rumored to be replacing her is none other than Canadian Actress Rachel McAdams

I'm looking forward to this movie, I liked the first one and they actually follow the comics this time.
