Does cause a warming or cooling effect on the Earth? I mean, their has got to be tons of greenhouse gasses in a century long erruption, not to mention the general hotness of lava, or as it's know before it is vented - "magma". But you'll have a cloud of soot blocking the sun's Earth warming rays, giving us that cooling effect - nuclear winter style.

Can the Americas trade these emissions to the third world?
Can Canada claim, as trade, the emissions that blow north?

This just throws my whole world view out of sync. Dammit Diez.

Excessive Volcanism is thought to cause conditions of massive cooling (like a nuclear winter). In fact, one of the best theories re: dinosaur extinction suggests a combination of asteroid impact and volcanism.

        - "...turf toe is a common malady that is more of a nuisance than a serious injury."
        - "Turf toe can often progress into a chronic problem..."
        - "A mild instance of turf toe (grade 1) can be merely aggravating while a serious case (grade 3) can be debilitating."

Something about the cloud of ash blocking out the sun.

              Volcano eruptions = CO2

A lot more than that. When Krakatoa blew it's top world temps dropped by over 1.5 degrees causing "the year without summer" in europe. There has been growing speculation that volcanoes play a role in the earth's ability to self correct and regulate climate.

Well, if the volcanos are going to start going off and cooling everything down, we better start polluting. I'm not ok with this 'year without summer' bs.
