Nook's nuts. I've got three weeks booked for February. Going to take in the NFL Pro Bowl on Feb. 8, 2009.

I went Feb 94 during the coldest three weeks of the winter for Edmonton.

It is also cheaper at this time. Once again, I can't go when the kids are in school.

39C in Saskatoon yesterday....I'd much rather have 31C in Hawaii, not just because it being Hawaii, but because in the prairies here all heat is muggy heat.

A new build home on a golf course. Once I graduate from school this year I may move to Hawaii. For now that is the plan but the kids don't like it (friends). Or once it is built I will flip it.

A very nice new build home in Hawaii is $500,000 to $700,000 US.
