Montreal - because Quebec whines if they don't get their way.
Toronto - center of the universe
Ottawa - gotta love em, otherwise we lose our funding
BC - tree-huggers and hippies. Plus, we need them for the weed.
Hamilton - after all, it's still Ontario
Winnipeg - lots of minorities....gotta show the love
Calgary - Toronto wanna-be's
Edmonton - "yeah....I think I was there once..."
Saskatchewan - where?

these rankings seem to be based on nothing more than who scored the most points last week. this all but confirms the fact that TSN does employ chimpanzees.
