              Well, I'm all for it. It'll be nice to beat someone other then Calgary and BC in the Western Final.

                      One thing's for certain: now that the Riders have the players they've wanted (for the most part), if their ship goes down before the playoffs this season, the blame should be put squarely on Shivers and Barrett, perforce.

                        But they should know better. They'd be better off with some country hick from Snake-Ass County, Arkansas whose never even heard of 3-down football...

                            You know the great thing about all of this? Shivers is looking like a genius this year and the Riders will keep him forever.
