Just wanted to say a big "thank you" to all the Esk players for their autograph session yesterday during fan day. Sure, I know they do this every year, but this was the first time I was able to take my kids (daughter, 6, son, 3 1/2), and they had a blast. All of the players were very friendly, and very willing to chat up the kids. Of course, my 3 year old had them all laughing, with his clown antics & his stuffed Nanook doll that he had them signing for them.

Thanks Esks, you've got two new "fans in training" after yesterday!

I took my dad - who is in his 50's - and my 12 and 9 year old to practice and enjoyed it as well.

Funny story....my dad goes to get a hot dog at the stand, and Hallsy comes up and cuts in front of him.

The lady behind the table goes 'ummm.....I am sorry, but this man was ahead of you.....'

Hallsy apologizes and offers the dog to my dad who responds - ' Go ahead - age before beauty - let the old man have it!'




...Like I needed another reason to love my dad.....
