I wonder how long it will take for some of the players to react to the "dumb" comment and point the finger right back at the head coach and some of his assistants?? This has all the makings of a grand mutiny in which case the top brass will have no choice but to make a coaching change RIGHT NOW and try to salvage what's left of the season.....

Excellent! This is actually a VERY good thing. Because, up till now, the players have appeared to be standing behind him. Some of the comments last week appeared to be chinks in the armour. Hopefully, this will be the end of the player's support of him.

In his defence (hey, someone's gotta do it), he did put blame on the players and coaches evenly.

And the man has grown in the past year, taking responsibility for '06-'07 earlier in the season.

But I don't want anyone here getting the wrong idea about where I stand with this man. I am just as upset as everyone else over losing that way. Believe me, I'm going to school in Regina, and I am going to hear about this until June unless the Esks win it all in November.

After 3 years of this crap if the players continue to take this then there is something very strange going on. How DM can possibly keep the room i don't know.

So, maybe two times in 4 years he has even mentioned the coaches as not doing a great job, with the litiny of horrible calls and terrible coaching errors, how generous of him.

Come on Dan...I'm sure that you can produce a game even dumber than this one...Given the chance.

I want to see the DM led Esks get an all-time record. I believe the record for getting your ass kicked in the CFL is 82-14 - Montreal (vs. Hamilton, Oct. 20, 1956).

Just a cpl more TDs, and the Esks would have snagged number 3 on the list. Freakin Ken Miller screwed DM, and the Esks out of a shot at immortality.

I'm sure if you keep DM on as HC, he'll be able to get that sucker. It may take a few years, but I think he deserves the chance. R.L. you just have to be patient.
