    Who should replace Jonte Buhl?

Well we all know Jone Buhl must go. He is bad at corner and absolutely horrific as halfback. When Lenny comes back they are going to move him to the corner again. Some people think Bradley Robinson is the answer. He hasn't shown me anything that he is a CFL caliber CB yet. Either we have to trade back for someone like Jordon Younger (who we should have never traded in the first place) or wait for Willie Amos to get healthy again.

Will see what will happen...Right now the secondary is this team's weakest area by far.

no reason to get rid of him, but is it obvious that he should not be starting.

A witch hunt occurs after a few games.

We're talking about 3 seasons here.

DM and everyone needed someone new. I understand the people who stuck up for DM now.

Maybe we should start a thread called 'Blame It On Buhl Thread'

..or maybe we'll have to run him out of town before we joke about how ridiculous the witchhunt is.

It's easier to single out one person. That way you don't have to place any blame on the players you like.

Where is this coming from? Who is using Buhl as a scapegoat? For crying out loud you guys, he's been here 3 years and has not performed well enough to continue starting in this defence. That's it! There is nobody saying he's the reason our D sucks. There is nobody saying that replacing him is suddenly going to make Daley's defence the best in the league. In fact, if it were up to me, I'd rather see Daley go than Buhl. But something tells me that isn't going to happen.

Buhl would not start in any secondary in the league. Not one. That is a fact. Time to cut the cord.

He's doing fine, far from our worst player. I suggest you learn the nuances of the position before you try being a coach

Nuances of the position? What a cop out. Please enlighten me. I'm all ears.

Hilarious, given Buhl's fundamentals are disgustingly bad for a professional athlete in his third season...

Exactly. If he was a rookie, that's one thing. Keyes has not been very good IMO but this is his first year and I'm willing to cut him some slack.

Buhl is a veteran. But he does not play like one.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, and it holds true for all sports...

Some guys, get 3 years experience.

Some guys, get 1 year of experience 3 times.

Buhl fits into the second group, and it's growing very tiresome.

exactly. I watched the game again last night - and Buhl was horrible. Watch the last 5mins of the 4th quarter and how badly he played against Copeland... He's fine for backing up - or situation coverage, but there is no way he should be a starting player.

I dont see what the Esks see in him to continually have him starting.

I for one am not saying that buhl is the best he is far from it! But he isn't and shouldn't be singled out as much as he is!

Give me another guy that can play in 2 or 3 positions on our roster right now and I say bench buhl....

We have zero ints on the year! I've seen keyes goss herron etc all get beat numerous times, spread the hate around

With the amount of shuffling going on in our d I honestly love to hear the solution, on our roster right now

The buhl bashing is getting stupid
