    B-Rob to draw in....?

    From the Journal....

Time for Eskimos pass defence to tighten up

Robinson expected to see first action of season in secondary

    By Mario Annicchiarico, Edmonton Journal

    GAME TIME

    ESKIMOS AT STAMPEDERS

    5:30 p. m. Monday TSN

One would be correct to say the Edmonton Eskimos have inflicted a lot of damage through the air so far this Canadian Football League season.

Unfortunately for them, it's true on both sides of the ball.

While Ricky Ray and Co. have put up 2,577 yards through the air for a league-leading average of 322 yards a game, the defence has surrendered a league-worst 2,434 yards so far in '09, a clip of 304 yards an outing.

Enter one Bradley Robinson, who is expected to see the field for the first time this season, taking reps at cornerback and as an extra defensive back in certain scenarios at practice on Thursday.

I expect that a line-up of B-Rob and Lenny back won't be entirely successful right away, especially since we're playing Calgary the next couple weeks, but I hope they stay patient with it and let them gel.

Esks secondary and pass defence overall is still pretty weak.
If we were put on this earth to help others, what were the others put on earth for?

IMO starts with pressure on the QB - and we've been poor at that...

I wonder how much patience they will have on the lack of a rush from the ends, esp. Peach?

Its not that Peach is not trying to get pressure its that he is being Double teamed. When Taylor gets back Peach and the rest of the D-Line will be better. I didn't realize how well he was playing until he went down.
Run the Ball up the gut around the horn it does not matter. We run we win what is so difficult to understand.
