Big loss. Good thing it comes at a time when we're presumably getting Hinse back, and the utility guy, Koch can also slide over to Centre.

Presume this is why he was on the sidelines last game.

Probably just coming out now, N, because there's basically no media coverage of the teams on bye week

Koch has played there before and has the vet experience to make all the blocking calls. Hinse is the easy pick to move up to active roster (maybe start at G?) after game 9.

Just what we need--another shuffle of the O-Line just in time for 2 games against the Stumps who have a pretty decent pass rush of their own!

Can it get any worse? Will this team win another game this season?

Guess Koch gets another shot at C next game... Not sure he is the solution over the course of the season.
Questions are - will Hinse use the opportunity to take over starting C on his return from 9 game injured reserve? Or does he need time to get into synch? Is Steenbergen a possibility at C?

I hope Mitchell at least gets an early chance at guard.

Edmonton Eskimos centre Aaron Fiacconi is out for the rest of the season with a torn rotator cuff in his left shoulder.

The 10-year veteran suffered the injury two games ago against the Montreal Alouettes. He will undergo surgery shortly.

Non-import guard Kyle Koch will move into the middle and take over for Fiacconi.

So our most experienced Offensive linemen is out for the season? Great. /sarcasm

I was listening to the team 1260 today and they said that Fiacconi said he was basically playing with one arm last game against montreal. Our guys our tough, (Stamps, etc...), but when you can't go you can't go. Might explain a little why the o-line play has been struggling. Not explains it all away of course, but explains a little.

Be careful what question you ask...you may just get the answer!

To me it was never about what I accomplished on the football field, it was about the way I played the game.
