I got there about half way through the 1st session and stayed till the end of the 2nd session:
Devin Lewis and Tony Tompkins sat out with injuries, Ed Hervey hurt his leg during receiving drills and sat out the last part of practice, the injury did not look serious.
Coaches became more vocal over errors, both coach MacDermott and Coach Kepley did some yelling when the players they were coaching were not doing things right.
Didn't see any field goal kicking but the punting by all three kickers was inconsistent, one great punt, one flopper. Rinse and repeat.
Shannon Garrett and Davis Sanchez made impressive interceptions in offense vs defense drills.
Receivers looked good, especially Jason Tucker, got open, caught everything.
Chris Kelley was moved up to the 1st team receiving corps (along with Mookie, Hervey and Tucker) and played wide side WR.
Running backs looked good running and catching the ball, Tim Blackwell looks very fast especially in the open field. The one guy that didn't look as good to me in the running back pass catching drills vs linebackers was Bertrand, his initial moves were not nearly as good as the other backs.
Mobes and McClendon got into it a wee bit in those drills, Mobes put the crappling hooks on McClendon when McClendon got a step on him, McClendon made a nice juke move on Mobes after a short pass on the next rep.
Ricky Ray was impeccable in his quick reads and short passing game, didn't look as good on the few long passes he threw. Khari takes a long time to get rid of the ball, either he's not making quick reads or the receivers are covered but there is no way he'll have all day to sit back there like he was in drills. He did throw the ball well. Jason Johnson looked very good, both making quick reads and throwing well.
During the break between session 1 and 2, Montford was working with Clinton Wayne on technique.
I took a fair whack of pictures so I will post some in a later thread after I have cropped and resized them. (Curse those darn tv camera men, almost without fail if I found a good vantage to take some shots they's saunter along the sidelines and set up right in front of me.)

What is a Nanook Wannabe?
Hope it is something good!
