We should sign Steve Morely
I was watching CFL snap and they ran down a list of Canadian players who may get cut in the NFL. One we would obviously like to have is OL Steve Morely. What are our chances as he is a free agent?

He has a 50/50 of making GreenBay but he has a bitter taste in his mouth when it comes to the stamps and what better way to get back at the stamps then suitin up for the esks. He looks good in Green and Gold anyway. Were there any other good canaidans that might not make the NFL cut?My 2 favourite teams are the esks and whoevers playin the stamps!!! -

history lesson, IIRC he was the Stamps #1 pick out of St.Mary's a few years back (if I remember the loop of trades, it also tied into the Nealon Greene trade as Darren Davis was traded to Ottawa for their first rd pick, which we then traded to Calgary for the rights to Debuc - wound up being the first pick over all). He's spent the last 2 years in Green Bay, but was unable to get more than spot duty in that time.Before you insult a man, walk a mile in his shoes. yeah when I saw CFL snap tonight and I saw that list the Esks Oline was on my mind. I think he's a tackle right?
