The most I remember Tucker celebrating was after that insane catch he made in the EZ a couple years back, where his lid came off diving sidewyas, etc.
He just spun the ball around his body and spiked it, very understated. I'll agree that the next time we'll see him and Mookie dance on the field might only be after a GC victory.
Jun 26, 2003, vs CGY - 34-24 Esks win, 27 yd TD toss from RR to JT, 30 568 attendance. That was awesome.
(That play is ingrained in my head - was a good friend`s first football game, we beat CGY, and it was one of the best catches I ever witnessed, so I have reasons to remember it. )
Yeah, I think the guys should be allowed to have fun, so long as it isn`t overdone.
I think that the guys should have fun out there though... In between plays it was fun to watch Montford and Dixon getting their groove on to kill the time.
Indeed...Joe has been dancing all year. The TSN crew got a great shot of him grooving in OTT earlier in the season.
That very helmet is sitting proudly on display in my house. Bought it at the Esks dressing room sale that year. It was me and some other fan who ran to the counter and grabbed the last two helmets on sale that year. We couldn't see the numbers, but he grabbed some lineman's lid and I lucked out and got tucker's. I got Tuck to sign it.
That helmet is the only reason my daughter's friends think I'm cool.
after meeting you.......
........your daughters friends are justified (j/k)
Before you insult a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, when you insult him, you'll be a mile away, and have his shoes.
