Just heard some good news on the radio. 630 ched will be synchronizing their broadcast with the CBC telecast so we will be able to listen to 630 ched for commentary while watching the game on CBC.

I was tallking to my buddy who had moved to Toronto during one of our games earlier this year. He was watching on tv, I was watching on tv but had the radio on and was listening to Bryan, with the Radio being about 3-4 seconds ahead of the tv I was cheering and getting mad at plays that were happening seconds before they happened on tv, he was rather freaked out. hehehe

Hey 1 is on the radio and the other is on TV. They are not putting them together on TV.

For Cable or Satellite? I have Bell and my buddy has Shaw. Last week we were chatting on the phone during the Argo/Stamp game and we were just howling when TSN kept replaying the Baker hit. However he was about a second ahead so I really wonder how bang on this synchronizing with CHED will be?

Satellite is approx a second to a second and a half behind live broadcast tv and radio due to the signal having to come through space. With a second and a half head start you can almost cut out an entire Tony Romas Hall-mercial over the course of the whole game. Oh wait....dang...thats it satellite was faster than the radio.
