I didn't know what other forum to put this in, but seeing that it centres around an Eskie game I figured this was as good as any!
I'll be in town from July 21 to the 30th. My oldest nephew is getting married on the 22nd (and who else would be MCing the reception?
)
After spending some time with the family and a quick trip to the mountains it'll be off to CW on the 28th to watch the dismantling of the Als.
I know most folks have their own routines pre-game, but I'd be up to get involved somewhere. Pre-game food and beverages?
Now one thing my friends and I did back in the 'dawn of time' (late 70s early 80s) was to meet at a spot at CW. We actually scratched an 'X' into a sidewalk slab on the end opposite from the big screen. All we had to do was say 'meet you at the X at the half' and everyone knew.
So... Where will our Esksfans "virtual X" be? Being the selfish bastage I am, I'll suggest the concourse near Section X or W or Y.
And then after the game?
