They must think that Winn can cover better or blitz better or something but Mobely is just about our surest tackler out there amongst a team that does not tackle well.

On the last TD run by Edwards, Stewart was absolutely swallowed up by Lambert, that left Wynn to hit the hole created that Edwards would take....he was way late and barely even got an arm on him.

Mobes has been our most consistant performer on defence so far this year, it's a complete joke that he's getting spelled on situational downs when he's proven he's an every down linebacker for years.

I think it's clear DM has lost the room. It's amazing it can happen so quickly after a Grey Cup victory, but when you cut two leaders like Montford & Brady, then only let Mobes play half the game...that'll do it.

In the journal today they said the reason Mobes is being plattoned is because he has a bad knee that they have had to drain several times this year. Mobes himself acknowledged that was the case. Still seems strange.
