I Have a Theory

During last nights game, I scanned the Esks bench alot. I saw no emotion. No nothing. On the field you could count the number of times Emotion was shown on one hand.


The Esks are missing something. And I think I know what it is.


We need Maas. Now before Ang gets all excited, I dont mean on the field. We need him, or someone like him on the sidelines. We need that player that is emotional and provides a spark to those players around him. Currently we do not have that player. IMO Hervey is close. Maas would scream and fire up his teamates on O and D. We need this player.

This recent turn of events must be tough for you Esks fans...I feel your pain. Hang in there, it will turn around! It has to, it can't get a whole lot worse!

Coach has made a giant mistake this year and you hit it bang on. Players were cut/ released this year because they spoke up, were boisterous, rowdy, and jokers. When coach let go of players such as Brady, Montford(although he's back), and Diedrick he essentially sucked the emotion out of the team.

Another person that the team feeds off emotionally is the coach. Enough said.

I say fire our coach, and bring in Marshall. He is intense, and can fire our troops up. Bring him in and you'll see the Eskies play .750 the rest of the season. WE HAVE THE TALENT, WE JUST NEED A COACH THAT CAN LEAD THEM TO VICTORY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think it's time for Maciocia to go too... it's bad enough when they lose the players, but he's also screwing the pooch when it comes to strategy as well.

I thought having Montford back would get some of that emotion going again but it doesn't seem to be happening. Maybe inside he's still steamed at being released.

I remember recent years when the whole O would be waving towels on the bench for the whole 4th q, encouraging the noise for the D. Not happening this year that I've seen.

I hope Gass will set a bit of an example when he gets back into the lineup.

I still don't know why we hired an O-cord who was part of a 1-17 team in Hammy.

If Edwards can have 17 carries for 99 yards, why can't Davis? And let's throw a pass where our receiver has a first down even if he gets no yards after catch.

The question is: who do we get to fill that need for emotion.

Greg Marshall, it's too late into the season to bring in a new head coach who doesn't know the system.

that's why I propose we pull a Hamilton and bring Hugh Campbell back to be Head Coach.!!!!!
