    Joffrey Lupul: Lightweight Floater?

This guy can shoot the puck, but he always loses 1 on 1 battles, and is easy as pie to move off the puck.

If I were to call him a lightweight floater, would I be being an unjust meanie?

I don't really see him as a floater but he isn't a power forward plain and simple. I still don't understand why he isn't playing with someone like Hemsky who can feed him because he is a shooter.

Horcoff loses every one-on-one battle and is easy to move off the puck as well.

Not disagreeing. I thought my hatred for #10 was well known already.

Yeah, well I just like to get my shots in. He turns over the puck on the PP more than anyone I've ever seen. It's ridiculous...

Havlat's breakaway yesterday was because of a boneheaded play by Horcoff.

Yup. Canny disagree with your assessment of the guy. He plays like a girl.

With Smyth and Moreau out of the lineup, we lose a lot of grit up front.
                Go Eskies!

can someone tell me what the love in that MacT has for Toby Peterson ? he's -5 , getting more playing time (sometimes) than Sykora, is always on the PK... what is the love affair with him ?

Hemsky's been pretty bad with that in the past as well ...has gotten better this year, though.

Most likely because he is a solid player in his defensive zone and isn't afraid to throw his weight around despite his size. That's my guess...that and the man-love.

That talked to MacT about this on Sportsnet last night. He reemed out some other players as well.
