They're not as bad on the road as their record.

Fact is, they've given up a measly 10 more goals (not including EN's either way) than they've scored on the road, yet lost 15 more than they've won?

They're the anti-canucks right now. I really wouldn't be surprised to see Calgary do a lot of damage on the road in the playoffs.
"This year, we did what we were supposed to do. We fought as a team. We fought as a team. And the fact is, we gotta go back and go to work, to make sure we finish this next time. That's all we gotta do. This right here makes us stronger. Let's understand who we are as a team. Let's understand this right here makes us stronger." - Ray Lewis, January, 2012.

I really, REALLY hope you're right.

And at least one thing in common is we both hate the Cannots.

Better than being sellers and in next year territory 3/4 of the way through the season, and giving up our best player for some magic beans... but hey, whatever floats your boat.

They have a more talented team this year no doubt. But I have not seen many games lately where the Flames look like cup contenders. Rather, they seem to be allowing things that have caused their road record to plummet into their home games. They have the talent but I just can't see them beating a San Jose, Anaheim or Nashville.
