    Whyte Avenue

So glad to see the city go crazy. It took me 90 minutes to get from Bonnie Doon shopping center all the way up to 103rd street where the traffic was detoured.

Hopefully we have more to cheer about soon.

    Peace.

Holy crap! I wonder how long it took to get from the U to the same address...

Watch out! Someone might freak out that another Canada Day riot is going to happen...
There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

Celebrate. Party. Scream. Yell. Have truckloads of fun. But leave the vandalism and assaulting police officers for the yahoos in Flamer-land.
These pretzels are making me thirsty.

Be good boys and girls out there on Whyte. Don't give the city a black eye. Leave the violence to the Flames fans, 'kay.

Oiler fans should be ecstatic but I really hope someone turns in the a-hole who fired a beer bottle through a cop car's rear window on Whyte last night. Whoever did that is not wanted as an Oiler fan.

I agree. No need to destroy people or property.

Exactly. If you see someone doing something stupid, tell em to smarten up, take a pic of them with your cellphone and give it to the cops. We don't need people trashing Whyte. Leave that to the unwashed masses in cow town.

              Less vandalisim, more hooters!
I will not, for a moment longer, support an organization who chooses to cowardly kneel where they once fiercely & proudly stood

                Hey all,

I'm missing Edmonton like crazy right now (and haven't been back in 2 years). Can someone post some pics of the partying on Whyte or elsewhere in town after last night's game?

I only saw 1 or 2 pics in the online papers of the partying. Btw, I still have to post a couple of my game 2 pics from the Joe....
