    I think Jussi could win it for us. Just don't ask him to be Roloson. Which the Oilers did tonite, and more.

      I know you won't believe me, but it was the second stat I was thinking of, CBC reported it a few days ago and it was also in the papers.

      We were #1 for the fewest shots on average per game in the regular season. And thus far we have allowed the highest shots per game in the playoffs.

                          I'm glad that most of you seem to agree that Jussi wasn't at fault tonight. I felt bad for the guy.


                          As far as Cam Ward goes, he's beatable IMO. We just need to come up with a much bigger effort on Saturday. I think we can all agree that the Oiler's crapped the proverbial bed tonight.

                            MacT said the Oil didn't need the goalie to WIN them the game, they just needed him to not LOSE the game for them... Jussi didn't lose them the game, the rest of them team lost HIM the game. GRANTED, Carolina played a good game and Ward was lights-out, take nothing away from them - but the Oilers have to play better, smarter hockey. Penalties will kill this cup run if they don't stop taking dumb ones at inopportune times.
                            Anyone know of a Kevlar manufacturer that carries vests in Green and Gold? See you on Labour Day...
