Kenton keith is Joseph Addai's backup!

What a monumental day for ex-Rider and ex-CFLer Kenton keith. He went into Indy with a goal, and achieved it. Not only did he beat out Dede Dorsey and Clifton Dawson for the number 2 spot behing Joseph Addai, but he ended up playing well enough to get his competitors cut. We will have the privelege of watching him return kickoffs and getting a few carries in the backfield. Stories of guys from the CFL making it down south are just fantastic....way to go!

No disrespect intended towards Kenton Keith, but really, how hard is it going to be to beat a guy named Dede out of a job?

actually i do have the full story behind what happened....its gonna get thrown out of court....and if it doesnt, there wont be enough evidence to convict. this much i know for sure.

kevin feterik is a rider hater who appears on message boards from time to time to down the riders....whats really funny is that his team blows this year, so he hasnt shown his face around too much.

And as long as he can keep the gun threats, bar brawls, and locker room thefts to a minimum, he'll do well. Oh yeah and probably wouldn't hurt to stop nailing other teammate's wives too!!!

And as long as he can keep the gun threats, bar brawls, and locker room thefts to a minimum, he'll do well. Oh yeah and probably wouldn't hurt to stop nailing other teammate's wives too!!!

here's whats really funny about ur statement gris....

1) gunthreats...didnt happen..

2) bar brawls....i woulda loved to see what you would have done in his situation at the bar...obviously u have no details on what happened...its so easy to point the finger at someone after reading rumors on the internet.

3) lockerroom theft...ok...cant defend him there, that was in his 1st year. he's grown up since.

4) nailing teammates wives.....prove it. If youre talking about andrew greene...why is it i saw andrew and kenton together several times out for drinks or at other functions chilling together...they are great friends....didnt happen...how many guys do you know that remain friends after one buddy screwed the other buddy's wives....

Okay apparently you need to be updated on your facts......

1) Yes they did happen. I know someone who was in the restaurant that night. If you choose not to believe this, that is your decision, but please don't state that as fact.

2) Again, I know someone who was at the bar that night (Regina is a small city don't forget). Sure there was provocation going on, but I believe that someone of his calibre should have made a better decision that to throw a beer bottle. Just my opinion.

4) Unfortunately this type of thing goes on all the time in professional sports. I know someone who was relatively close to the organization and it was well known that this happened. Am I going to provide name? Of course not, but it's up to you as to which version of the story you believe. I personally don't have any reason to think that this person is telling lies to me, so I'm sticking by my guns.

I don't think anyone will argue the talent level that Kenton had/has. He's a talented guy, you'd have to be blind not to see that. But he was also a cancer in the locker room, with bad aura following him no matter what he did. Now, I'm no Rider fan by any stretch, but for my token yearly compliment of the Riders, getting rid of him was the best thing you guys ever did. Not because you lost a talented player, but because you removed part of the lockerroom issues from the team. And you guys are playing great ball now. Best I've ever seen in fact.
