Farhan Lalji was recently asked to compare Powell to Ford and his opinion was that Powell has a higher floor but a lower ceiling than Ford. I think I agree with that assessment. Powell is probably more ready to start right now but we'll see who is rated...

Great to see Williams back. Was hoping for Bridges out of the Hammer but we got Brendan O'Leary-Orange a big bodied national instead so not a bad pick up. Also Tanner Green hung them up after seven seasons so congrats on a great career all with the Green...

Style wise Powell is more of a better fit. They wouldn’t need to change up the offence when he comes in. Also Hervey knows him a lot better than crum So not a surprising move...

I was expecting Bridges to be the under the radar WR signing but am happy with Robustelli..So far it seems that us and the Bombers have been the most busy. Surprised Ottawa hasn't gotten into the mix as Dinwoodie said he would be aggressive....
