    GED

    To all who have gave me advice and to those you just wanted to pick. I have made that big plunge and have applied and will be back in school. It's a GED prep course at norquest. Hopefuly i can follow in the footsteps of a few fellow posters who really opened my eyes.So thank you to those few who didn't put me down and gave advice instead.. I just wanted to take time out and say thanks to those who lit a fire under my ass!

      Good for you. Personally I found High School to be mostly useless in terms of the knowledge it teaches that you can apply/remember in the real world - not even considering all the social issues you go through if you go through High School as a teen.

      Unfortunately it is a necessary evil to move on to other things. Good Luck. If you're going to one of those outreach schools that will probably make things a little easier for you - well, maybe....

        I'm 26, highschool drop out. it doesn't look good no matter how i spin it.. so hopefully the $200 it costs to take the test will pay off.

                      I'm sure there are a few folks who would be happy to help if you have any questions (about school stuff, not life... most of us are still taking that course!).
