The guy was too much of a coward to die by suicide by cop. It ended exactly how I predicted it would end with his plate being scanned at a border crossing. I also predicted he would be caught in 24 to 48 hours. Not only does he look stupid, he is a moron.
He was a coward, he likely shot the first three in the back of the head as they were carrying heavy bags into the ABM room. He then probably lured the fourth guy out of the truck to help the others and shot him in the back of the head too. He didn't risk body shots since they wear body armour.
He would have got farther if he hadn't harmed anyone. He was destined to fail based on his incredible stupidity. Switching plated with his mothers vehicle was pure stupidity. He would have been smarter to do the same with another blue Ford F-150. The theft of money from an ABM was stupid too. The serials are all recorded and tracked. He could not have exchanged it in any large sums at any financial institutions. How was he going to use it in the States? He would have been better off staying in Canada and changing his appearance. But he would have only been able to spend the money in small amounts. He'd have been better off with money from mall pick-ups. That money is not tracked yet. He didn't even know he required a passport to cross the border.
The death penalty would be too good for this imbecile. He should be locked up for life, but all he will get is 25 years with no eligibility for parole for 25 years. Hopefully he will get three terms (75 years). But oddly regardless of the sentence, he can apply for parole at 12 years (even though the law says he is not eligible for 25 years).
If I were setting the rules this cold hearted killer would have a feeding tube for the rest of his life. I differ from the rest of you, I don't think he was a pyscho, he suffers from a lack of compassion, any understanding of life, and has an IQ lower than a monkey.
