          There should be another option...
          - not in the cfl.

          That wouldn't surprise me. Not saying it will happen, but I just wouldn't be surprised.
          Turf Toe:
          - "...turf toe is a common malady that is more of a nuisance than a serious injury."
          - "Turf toe can often progress into a chronic problem..."
          - "A mild instance of turf toe (grade 1) can be merely aggravating while a serious case (grade 3) can be debilitating."

                If he goes anywhere, I have a feeling Hamilton would be VERY interested in him in some type of front office capacity.

                  The University of Calgary, where Higgins worked previously, needs an Athletic Director. I think that he'd be really well suited for that job.

                    I agree that Ham will be talking to him (and indeed are) but if Obie picks a return to the Argos then Clappy could be courted. Ironically, it would be more for a position he turned down with the Stamps! I don't think (I hope!) that the Cats would bring him in as a coach.

                    That's a really interesting point. It's something I could see him wanting to do.

                          I voted for the criers. More of a hope than a guess. Hamilton would be my real thought.

                              IIRC didn't the Stumps offer him the same type of position and he turned it down? If so, I don't see why being offered the same type of position in a different organization would change his mind.
