That really sucks. I was really looking forward to seeing this guy live. Hopefully the Stamps will take it lightly now and the Cats can sneak away with a win. I doubt it though.

Dammit. I thought this would have been the game of the week...now, not so much.

I'm hoping Smith and Cauley can pick up where Lumsden has left off the last couple weeks....

It'd be nice to see the Tabbies do us a favour for once.....
Before you insult a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, when you insult him, you'll be a mile away, and have his shoes.

I like Smith but he doesn't have the ability to make something out of nothing like Lumsden has been able to thus far. That said, I think if Printers doesn't self-destruct - which is a big IF - they should be able to keep it close and work over Calgary's weaker DBs.

Mike Eben - that was the Argos, wasn't it? The 'Cats was Marco Cyncar.

Anyway, the Stamps will win and win easily.

It's too bad Lumsden couldn't stay healthy, 'cuz I really like the guy. However, he plays with the mentality and wrekcless abandon of Matt Dunigan in a fullback's body!! Serioulsy, though, with the way he plays the game, he's not going to last too long. It's too bad. I'd love to see him in an Esks' uniform. However, nothing short of a trade for Ricky Ray is going to pull him out of Pussie-land, methinks.

Lumsden will be back just in time for next week to beat us.

                Cheers,

                SH

Is there a bigger band aid in the league tha Lumsden? They need to wrap this guy in bubble wrap between games.
Blindly accept whatever they do and if it doesn't work out, I guess there's always next year.

I think Lumsden is an amazing talent but if he can't stay healthy he is not helping his team. They have a decent backup in Tre Smith though Calgary has been far better this year against the run; only allowing an avg. of 48 yards a game thus far. Printers if he can have time should be ok but if Calgary can get after him I see a repeat of last year's game.

Oh I totally agree, he is an amazing ratio breaker but he is guaranteed to miss time every season.

But for some reason we do find a way to lose to the cats so this game is far from ours.
