Former # 2 overall NFL draft pick, 2 broken collar bones in 2 successive years, issues with his attitude and work ethic at the NFL level. Was suspended for positive drug tests as well.
Boy, the Bombers are building some kind of turd collection.

Pacman will have company in Winnipeg

As it turns out, Pacman Jones won't be the only flamed-out former top-ten draft bust who plays for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in 2009.
According to David Naylor of the Globe & Mail, Charles Rogers is joining the Blue Bombers, too.
Yes, that Charles Rogers. The second overall pick in the 2003 draft. A man with legal issues of his own, making us even more curious as to whether the folks in Canada have relaxed their supposedly high standards regarding the closing of the borders to bad boys from the U.S.A.
Rogers hasn't played football since 2005. His first two seasons were marred by broken collarbones, which possibly are made brittle by chronic marijuana use.
As of August 2007, three CFL teams reportedly were interested in Rogers. He flirted with the Montreal Alouettes in the 2008, but the deal never materialized.
Meanwhile, Taco Bill has obtained an exclusive photo of Pacman's arrival in his new Canadian home.
