        i'm going through assualt charges right now. from what i have learned. it's one sided if a female is involved.the cops didn't even ask me one question and i was charged, but you go to court and you get your fair chance to tell your side. or your like me and hire a nice expensive lawyer.

          I know they just said they will announce he is safe for next year but...after this comes out, is he really?

                Wow. In the NFL, players get charged with assault. In Canada, it seems to be the management.

                What the bleep is going on?

                EDIT: There's a rumour going around that the Bombers' BOD is meeting tonight in order to decide to fire Kelly.

                    Dave Naylor was just on Sportscentre and he said the BOG called an emergency meeting tonight. It looks like they will be firing Kelly tonight.

                            depends to on how good of an actress the female involved is also. This is what happened to my Brother in Law. Unfortunately, and stupidly, for him he did not have a high priced lawyer (or one at all).


                            For the record the judge did not believe the her, but still gave my brother in law a year probation

                            Sounds like Kelly was gone any way, with Bauer resigning. This is just speeding the process up considerably.
