Calgary's last two wins were huge for us

They are now forcing Montreal to try and win tonight. But then again had Calgary lost both it would have been the same scenario.

But I'd prefer that BC had to travel for two final games in Alberta and freeze their nuts off in the process.

Montreal isn't that strong of a team though, they are not the Montreal team that we have grown accustomed to watching dominate other teams.

Yup, I was actually cheering for the Stamps...now the Als will hopefully have a gleam in their eyes tonight. We'll see.
Out of my mind; back in five minutes.

First time I cheered for them, I think having Burris as the back-up made it feel less dirty.

I hope the Al`s show up.

        AL's are currently getting pummeled.

21-1 for BC - so far, the Als are no shows.... Too bad the Esks didn't win last week. No help from Montreal this week!

I'd like to know why BC continually gets these late evening weekend games, especially against Eastern opponants. Pretty tough for those guys essentially playing past midnight for them in the second half.

That's the way teams who want to make a statement put the boots to the throat of those looking to knock them from their perch.

Because they ask for them, I figure.

If the East teams were smart, they'd ask for BC for 1pm afternoon games. I think MTL got them with that this year. Tough to play at 10am on the body clock, too.

I see your point and it would be nice for the league to even it out...but I don't really begrudge them the fact, either. A 7pm Pacific start isn't out of line...I'd be more indignant if they were pushing starts later (8 PST or something), especially for specific opponents.

                      Yep.

We haven't made one of those in quite a while.

Fcuk BC for real! 2 home games to end the season, then a home playoff game... thats where the road ends for those punks...

Battle of Alberta to get us fired up then its bye bye BC... that will be huge for the Esks going into the GC. win the west final in BC place and play the GC there after. give the O perfect playing conditions....

I hope Marcus Howard takes that ginger out quick...

Go Esks Go!! Its our year! No one deserves it more!

I'm far less certain. Especially the way we've played at home as of late, there's no guarantee we even get to that game.

I use to be so full of "piss and vinegar" when it came to the Eskimos but even I can't figure out this team. I think they have the talent to do it, I think they have the coaching to do it, I think they can do it, but do they want to?

They actually had the chance to put the boots to BC more than once this year and didn't. But Calgary can be scored on and I like how our defence plays their offence. I don't care about Tate, who has he played lately? Montreal, Winnipeg, and the Riders, all teams who have been sucking as of late.
