    Grey Cup Week - Party of the Century!

    Hope nobody minds, I wanted to get a thread started so we can keep tabs...umm... I mean hear from all the gang that have flown down to T.O for all the festivities. So come on guys - I know you've got your iphones and smartphones with you. Keep us in the loop. Send lots of pictures and tell us all the stories of the big party. We'd love to hear from everybody. I know a lot of us that aren't there wish we were, so we'll have to live vicariously through your posts. And please...no pix of Parkies stumbling around like a drunken fool... wouldn't want to taint my image of him

    Here's a pic of the Argos rally to get things going.

    I wonder how many are heading to the Spirit of Edmonton on saturday night? Just look for a black fedora about 2 feet below everyone else walking around

      I'm guessing anyone will have to get there early. No cover and always the best party - the lineup should be huge.

        I'll see when I can make it, doing some reporting work on Saturday before hand so I may have some audio gems from Stamps and Argos practice to share from Rogers Centre!

            I'm actually flying to Toronto in about five hours to get ready for the Grey Cup weekend. I'll be sure to post pictures when I get back next Tuesday.

              Hall was mentioning about previous Grey cups in Toronto, how the atmosphere was dead. But he said the atmosphere at this one seems to be jumping - just not on the level of a GC in Edmonton or Regina, but still better than previous ones in Toronto.

              I'd like to know whats making the party jump? Is it because of it being the 100th? Or because Toronto is in it ? IMO, and just my opinion nothing more, is its all because its the 100th. I mean Toronto only had 25k for eastern final. 25k Embarrassing.


              I hope its because toronto is warming up to the Argos and will support the team more so. Either way I hope this grey cup is a gooder

                  Could also be the lack of NHL...Toronto has always been a Leafs town at this time of year.....

                      Wish we could have made it this year but other things kind of dipped into the football travel fund this year. Still going to have a ridiculous party at our place though with lots o food, drink and fun! Even building a fire in the backyard firepit so we can have hot dogs and stuff before/after/during if need be.
