No, not saying he wasn't injured to start with, but more that any lingering effects may not be as serious as previously stated

I think he is probably not 100%. Shoulder injuries always take time to heal.

Joseph has a problem hitting wide open receivers.

Joseph is alot like a Mike Vick, in that his legs take away from the focus on his average arm. That said, I think Joseph will work it out in the CFL before Vick gets it going in the N
