    Nanookster's Week Nine Power Spankings.

    A deviation from my power rankings.

    Here is who is going to be spanked this week.

    Edmonton/Riders - Eskimos don't lose four in a row, even with the dumbest coach in the Solar System coaching them. Eskimos serve up gopher this week.

    Winnipeg/BC - Winnipeg has the better team minus the starting QB. DD elevates BCs status tenfold. There will be no "Buck Rogers" coming to the rescue.

    Montreal/Calgary - are you kidding me? Calgary doesn't have a chance. But don't get me wrong, Montreal isn't that great. They are another of those overated 7-0 teams. But Calgary has a yahoo at QB.

    Who cares about the rest? Hamilton/Toronto? Pffft! One of them will help Calgary with the crossover.

    Eskimos tradition comes alive this weekend and we win despite having DM as coach.

    This was posted just in time to help you guys with the weekly pool.

      I haven't voted in it since week one. You forgot to add that. I didn't know by default you automatically get a loss for not voting.

            I think the Riders are going to win, and that loss will bring the change to Edmonton that is needed. It may not be the coach getting the sack, but changes will happen.

            I can't see the Eskimos beating Saskatchewan this Friday. I can't.

                      I still wish Schultz knew who our back-up QB is... should be a close game, either way. I'm rooting for you guys, Hamilton, and (gulp) Calgary this week.

                          I don't think I've ever seen fan morale so low in my life with these teams. You guys are struggling and the Riders have been as consistent as Granny before her all bran. Thank God it's my anniversary tomorrow so I won't feel obligated to watch.

                            With Crandell in we may have a chance if we bring LOTS of pressure, stay in pur lanes/gaps, and tackle well. Don't do that ... and we can full well expect the same result as last game!! Oh yeah... somebody wake up the offence before we leave the locker room... that snoring is a b*%&^ !!

                              I seem to recall that we usually handled Ottawa quite easily and they had Joseph and Armstead. Joseph is nothing to be afraid of.
