    Prediction for a new season

well, the seasons alomost here. i'm glad to say the defensive backfield is looking sharp, and SMS has gotten rid of all the decrepid veterens that clogged up our team last year. defence looks like it could be decent . offence doesn't look as good. o-line will still be full of holes, RB will still be inneffective despite the despret effort made to improve it. recievers won't live up to their potential. overall we're better than last year, but so is every other team in the west. we may be able to go 8-10, but i highly doubt the playoffs will be made by the green and gold, calgary BC and sask are too strong. heres hoping some big trades and coachiong moves are made before the season gets here.

I predict that one of 8 teams will win the Grey Cup. That team will be from Canada.

Capitalization, spelling and punctuation will all go out the window...

I think we will be better than you expect. Our defence should be strong, especially the secondary. The argos for years have been all defence, just enough offence and they have done pretty well. They won a grey cup that way.
Blindly accept whatever they do and if it doesn't work out, I guess there's always next year.

It's all going to start up front on the Dline. If we can pressure the Qb with not always having to blitz a LB out of necessity then we can have a good defence. If the secondary can gel quickly enough, they should by an extra second for the Dline to get pressure. The biggest question marks then fall to the outside LB spots.

On offence it boils down to who else besides Tucker can step up and be a real playmaker not just content to pat Tucker on the back. Then do any of our RB's show that they can carry the mail and beat guys once they get past the LOS.

8-10 and DM should be fired immediately. The Esks will be much better me thinks if they can avoid giving away games.

yeah, because there's nothing worse than having veterans on the team! Leadership is so, like yesterday!

I disagree. There are many people who actually know that the importance of proper communications extends to the internet. Those that ignore the basics of grammar and spelling tend to either be lazy, or merely don't know any better.

oline is questionable (again!) but the RB spot may be in better shape then most give it credit for. Secondary should be better but d-line abd LB are VERY questionable (especially if we get some key folks injured early in the season). My guess is 9-9 and yes... we can't afford to give away games thru errors on our part.

Esks will finish 9-9 and third in the west. They'll blow by the Stumps in the WSF and then get destroyed by BC in the WDF.

and then there better be serious consideration of DM as coach.
