I don't know about that.

IMO the most important thing any QB needs to learn about scrambling is not "how" (that is purely on athletic ability), but "when" to scramble...to that end I think they are both excellent guys to learn from in that regard.

I'd much prefer an athletic QB with the ability to scramble to learn from guys who run when it's smart to do so, compared to sitting behind guys with happy feet who run panicky because their instinct is screaming run if their first read isn't there.

Exactly!

Moon at 6'2", 200lbs could run over people... but he kept his running in check. It was part of what made him dangerous.

Jump way ahead to very different 'physique' and look at AC. Not a real runner, but knowing when to do so and being successful at doing it really works for him.

To me power of a 'running qb' is that they don't have to stay in the pocket - and if they can throw on the run, then they become even more dangerous.

Usually I don't put any stock in these types of announcements but as I did a little searching, I began to be more & more impressed with his maturity and character. I can't help it, I'm already pulling for him to succeed!
While it requires a high standard of athleticism to achieve in sports, of equal importance is what goes on between the ears. I have a good feeling ….
