    Edmonton) The following players have been named to the Edmonton Eskimo practice roster:

    Import LB Tumbo Abanikanda
    Import WR Jason Barnes
    Import DL Xzavie Jackson

    Import DE Shaun Richardson

    Which means there is still at least 3 names that are going to have to be added to the 1 game IL.....

                  I noticed they put Schiavone on the 9 game. Is he injured or "injured"?
                  Blindly accept whatever they do and if it doesn't work out, I guess there's always next year.

                    An excellent point......Huff as well is running only with 3, while the Wheaties are again carrying 4 as well.

                    However, Wally carried 4 back when he had DD & CP in high gear as well....

                              I figured with Hall being the coach, they were taking a page out of the Riders play book and hiding guys they didn't want to lose on the 9 gamer. He appears to be the replace for Pre probably next season so its a good way to "pay" him but not count on the cap or lose him.
                              Blindly accept whatever they do and if it doesn't work out, I guess there's always next year.
