    More Wrasslin at the Esks Home Opener

    Hello friends, long time. ^_^

    Just thought I would let you all know that the wrestling company I work for is doin the halftime show again this year, at tonight's home opener! We've brought in TNA Superstar Jay Lethal to take on former WWE'er Al Snow. Yours truly will be doing commentary this year, instead of getting beat on.

    See you at the game!

    See, I saw this thread.

    I came in coming in to crack a Gregor/Heatley joke.

    Then I saw Al Snow, and just hoped he's given a mic tomorrow....

        I remember last time this was done.. heard alot of bitching from the Older generation of people in the stands...


        anything that pisses off the blue hairs is ok in my books

          And that is why the 'blue hairs' get ticked off. Not by promotions, not by the game music, but by fans that simply don't give a **** about their fellow fan. I guess that is the world we live in though, as long as it's good for me who gives a rats ass about other people.

            and I'm sorry those "blue hairs" are not fans. Period. They talk about their grandkids, share pics, talk about cottage life, or numerous other topics. "oh when did we score?" "when did Maas come back" "DM isn't coaching" .. not to mention those "fans" that called security on a fellow esksfans member because he was acting out - re celbrating. Or how about those ones that scowl at people making noise during the game...

            Ya real fans there

            I respect my fellow fan, but those people are not fans and I have no respect for any of them.



            Edit: I'm sure there are blue hairs that are actually fans and actually pay attention to the game.. but alas I have not seen many of those.

                      They're probably just mad it's not Archie Gouldie vs Bad News Allen, or Stu Hart vs a bear.

                      Now THAT was entertainment, and sodie pop was only a nickle, and we had to walk 5 miles to and from school every day, up hill both ways and in a foot of snow, even in June... but we didn't complain, we felt fortunate!
