We should also look at Signing Brannigan He would be an upgrade and could easily become a starter.

Tillman has to put his money where his mouth is with the Eskimos. With the Riders he inherited a pretty enviable situation. Shivers certainly had a couple huge blindspots, but he built a rock solid base and Tillman could ride in, plug a couple holes, and viola, a contender. He didn't have to do anything special, anyone with half a clue new the Riders deficiencies. In Edmonton he's been given practically a clean slate, and he's got no ones coat-tails to ride in on. Sink or swim, he wears it here.

So we cut Romero, and Chunky is touted as a more than serviceable replacement. Then we cut Curry, which would make you think that Chunky is definitely going to be in that position come week 1. Did Chunky even play in any of the pre season games at all? This whole situation with our Dline is worrying and confusing.

Sure beats the hell out of "KJ the magnificent". At least in Branngan, Ward, Nichols you are building for the furue. At this rate I give RR two years maximum to get back to form or his a$$ is gra$$!! If he stumbles this year he better get sit out a few series and "look things over" while these other guys get some reps. Don't get me wrong folks, I think RR is a good QB, but if we are in games where we are down by 20-30 points going into the late 3-q or 4th........ what the hell good is it to get RR pounded into the dirt in a winless game!?!?!?

Nice to see a youngster like Stevenson make the PR. See he is now listed as a D-lineman, his position at U of A.
