Triple posts are rare. This must make the comment editorialists are masquerading as journalists true.

Believe it or not I think the Eskimo players had a fondness for Hall, if only because they knew that he rarely asked them tough questions and EE management were quite happy to have someone who never criticized them--I guess mindless sincerity is a more succint way of saying what I have said in 2 paragraphs.
That coupled with the fact that Hallsy had a unique ability to both ask and answer his own questions during an interview...made it very easy on the player...all he had to do was sit there and nod his own head up and down...kept thinking that eventually one of them might have broken out an ipod during one of Hall's interviews and just keep nodding and repeating "That's true Brian that's true"...or something like that.

Couldn't agree more Edmonton isn't so much a sports town as an NHL only town ... at least from the media perspective ... I personally find it boring to hear the same should a / could a / would a subjective nonsense of what might or should happen with the Oil ... during the summer I want Football ... CFL Football

My dream is to see the same type of articles that occur around NFL. Not the fluff or hype, but talk about systems, schemes, player abilities, match-ups and coaching styles. But you are right that would take knowledge and work ... it is much easier to go with what is the easiest thing to do.

Oh and when you see over 35,000 at a game ... I don't buy only hockey sells.

Some people think football is a matter of life and death. I assure you, it's much more serious than that.
