About the 2 punters you guy obesrved some of them missing hangtime etc. with this brewer guy and postarao, its kinda windy outside im noticing, my bird on my garage is spinning 100 miles and hour so maybe thats effecting their kicks/punts a bit throwing them off a bit.

Didn't phase Flemming at all. Even the one he didn't hit with a spiral went a long ways.

This is when they were kicking after most of the other players had left at the end of practice. Posts punts were no where near as high as either of the other guys and not as deep. As you mention he does have a nice tight spiral.

Oh, ok. when I saw Post's kicks during practice they looked perfectly fine for the most part.

I try to watch a couple of different groups each day. Tomorrow I hope to focus a bit more on the RB's and LB's

He was throwing the ball well, but IMO he was making poor choices at times on where to throw.

was it where or when? I wouldn't expect you to confuse the two D, I just want to confirm. The diff is slight, but significant.

Kicking

I was surpised not to see Posteraro wearing the neon cleats. So what should we do now for nicknames.I heard in camp that they were all calling him Pasta. And that Brewer boy was awful today, I dont think he will be staying around any longer

Guys, I can't thank you enough for the information. Any thoughts about the linebacking core - speed, coverage, intensity, etc.? Is Montford's zeal for the game rubbing off on the rest of the D? How are Marsh and Fleiszer doing? From a misplaced Edmontonian out east, hats off to you!!

From what I could see he would throw into tight coverage when other guys had more separation.

Yeah great job guys on the info, diez and the rest of you guys that are down at camp, Id love to go :\ unfortunently I dont drive and school kinda interferes with me wanting to go down lol

I hope reggie white can find someone way to elevate himself over the rest of the RB comp. in the next few days, and like you guys said, it will probably be more clear on whos gonna be our guy in the 1st or 2nd preseason game, Im still not counting out MIke bradley, even tho coach Maciocia might favour him more playing on S-teams.

I think a few vets made it clear on their feelings about those neon cleats.

Did anyone notice how Lamar performed today? Was he still barking out directions and taking a firm role in the defence or did his intensity drop a bit?

I think it should be a good battle at the receiver position. Gaylor sounds like he has some moves - I wonder if he can beat out Robinson and Nowacki.

He might be a little ticked off cause his Pistons lost last night =/ cause hes from Motown...but you think that would fire him up a bit more to perform at camp, light a bigger fire under him

Not really a matter of beating those two guys out as he is an import and they are Non imports. He'll have to battle the other import receivers for Vaughns old spot or perhaps the Esks will keep an additional import WR this year.

I agree with Diesel about the RB's they look fairly much the same. McClendon broke what would have been a long run on the *gasp* shuttle pass. One or two of those guys will rise above the rest in the ex games.
