You've allread my posts regarding my lack of faith in and anger at this year's edition of the EEFC. I don't think they can get the job done and salvage the streak.

I'm pissed at the lack of effort and ability, and I'm angry at the lack of a good gameplan or play design. And I really think that there a few guys that seem to have no business playing football at this level, yet they play for the best franchise in the league. That pisses me off.

Pray to God I'm wrong. And if I am, I will publicly state so, and aplogize to the team right here.

I still think the Eskimos can turn it around and make the playoffs...Winnipeg and Montreal are tanking, Hamilton doesn't look that good, even if they beat us...and Saskatchewan is due to tank...the leader of the West has 7 wins...thats only 3 games ahead of us....we're in good position for a crossover spot if we get our stuff together.

Mathematically that's true. But the team we all saw on Saturday doesn't look to me to have what it takes to get the job done. And unfortunately they've looked that bad all year.

I don't think there has been a lack of effort on the Esks part at all this year. Effort does not come into the equation for me, many other things yes, effort no.

lucky for me I didn't see that game as I was working, so my image of the esks is them beating the Stamps at the re-match....still looking good to me, plus our scedule looks good.

I'm not ready to start throwing dirt on the Esks just yet, but I'm really juzzled at that Hamilton game. I knew Maas would come out fired up but I expected the Esks to do that same. I have said it a few times today, but the O-line had one of their worst games in my opinion.

We just lost to Hamilton so yes, difficult. We have to play in TO where we almost always lose, and we have to play IN Regina where we almost always tank. Oh, and we have to play IN Montreal where we almost always tank. All with a squad that gives the word "underachievment" a whole new meaning.

Soudog did offer to drink Dom Perigon out of Mobes' cleats if they won last year. That seemed to have spurred the proper results. Care to make a similar such wager? In the sake of good karma of course...
