The Oilers will be able to roll 4 lines of offense constantly. Even after they get some injuries.

Word is Roli is hard at work studying old Grant Fuhr tapes to brush up on firewagon hockey goaltending......
I will not, for a moment longer, support an organization who chooses to cowardly kneel where they once fiercely & proudly stood

This signing will also allow the Oil to roll over two effective PP units.

I think this just means that we're not going to get a top 2 defencemen, but it's a good signing regardless
Might mean we are packaging a forward for a defenseman, since we are deep as heck at forward now.

I do not believe it will happen soon.

But, it does give management the luxury of doing so down the road.

                Great signing.

Get Mihknov here, and we're really set to have the best forward group in the NHL.
"This year, we did what we were supposed to do. We fought as a team. We fought as a team. And the fact is, we gotta go back and go to work, to make sure we finish this next time. That's all we gotta do. This right here makes us stronger. Let's understand who we are as a team. Let's understand this right here makes us stronger." - Ray Lewis, January, 2012.

Yup. In the meantime I think the Oilers are going to go for loads of offense and scoring. And our defense may not be the best in the NHL, but it is still not bad with Jason Smith, Steve Staios, MA Bergeron, Matt Greene and Daniel Tjarnqvist. These are all good players.

Everyone is talking about Mihknov... and yet he has not played in the NHL, yet I heard that Patrick Thoresen might be a sleeper to make the team... and I still say the oilers should go after J.P. Dumont (which was a rumor)... and I think that Schremp will wind up in the minors for this year.
