    Flames Being Embarrassed by the Lightning...

    Yes.. they're only down by 2.

    Fact is, they've given up 7 goals to the worst team in the NHL. On a night where Jarome Iginla got his 400th goal and became the all time leading scorer for the Flames...

    They've been embarrassed. At home.

    Fire the coach

    They have a 10 point lead in the division...I think they'll be ok.

    What's embarrassing is that someone here predicted the Flames to miss the playoffs and claimed the Camalerri acquisition was a downgrade.

    Not naming any names...just sayin.

        Every time somebody starts a thread like this before the game is over, something bad happens.


        But either way, the Flamers are terrible. They're embarassing themselves just by existing.

          Cammy's having a fantastic season... his shooting % is literally almost double what it was last year. Someone is going to make a mistake and pay the man far too much. He's still damn comparable to Huselius by the numbers .

          A lot of things have gone right for the Flames this year, and until this point in the season they've been perfectly healthy. It'll be interesting to see what happens now that Bourque is out for a while and so is Langkow.

          I'll also point out how right I was about Dion Phaneuf

              Flames outshot TB 39-32. Eight goals in 32 shots...must have had some noteworthy goaltending

                  That was a damn entertaining game! Always nice to see the Flames lose especially against the Lightning.

                  Flames desperately need another top 6 forward.
